This is act is extremely devious and sinister and should in no wise be condoned by any humanitarian foundation or individual.
	Web Sites - Cyberius Sitius A search at google.com on "snowball" brings up 392,000 entries. Including but not limited to sites from Russia, Germany, South Africa, Britan, and a study by Harvard university. So as you can see this is an international effort to stop snowballing everywhere.
